Oats Park Art Center

The Oats Park Art Center, housed in the restored historic Oats Park School building in Fallon, Nevada, is home to the Churchill Arts Council, a nonprofit arts organization that has enriched the region for four decades with performances, exhibitions, films, readings, and workshops.

The center hosts exhibitions celebrating Native American art and culture, including a gallery reception on October 17, 2025 showcasing artists from the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe. The evening featured a prayer and welcome from FPST Chairwoman Catherine Williams-Tuni, a performance by the Pudu Nugadu dancers from Pyramid Lake High School, artist talks, and a closing Blessing Song.

Visitors can experience rotating gallery exhibitions alongside the center's performing arts series, with the Art Bar open during events.

Events on this page are shared from the Nevada's Indian Territory calendar (nevadasindianterritory.com).
