Nevada's Indian Territory is the statewide voice for Indigenous tourism in Nevada - a nonprofit marketing partner of the Nevada Commission on Tourism that works with Nevada's tribes, American Indian organizations, and Indigenous-owned businesses to promote cultural events, visitor centers, and tribal enterprises across the state's 28 federally recognized tribal communities.
The organization maintains the statewide powwow and events calendar and convenes commemorations and gatherings around Nevada, such as the 25 Years of the Timbisha Shoshone Homeland Act observance (January 30, 2026) and past programs including the Noowuh Knowledge Center's Ruby Valley Treaty Conference in Elko.
Events on this page are shared from the Nevada's Indian Territory calendar (nevadasindianterritory.com).
