Hungry Valley, at 105 Loop Road north of Sparks, Nevada, is one of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony's communities and the home of the Numaga Indian Days Powwow, held each Labor Day weekend.

Numaga Indian Days is a free, family-friendly event that is open to the public and internationally acclaimed, drawing Indigenous champion dancers from all over North America, renowned powwow singers and drummers competing for a prize purse, and traditional handgame players. More than 50 vendors sell Indian tacos, traditional native foods, and handcrafted silverwork, beadwork, baskets, and other American Indian art -- and spectators are encouraged to try powwow dancing during the inter-tribal songs.

The 2026 Numaga Indian Days Powwow is scheduled for Labor Day weekend, August 28-30, 2026.
